Okay, so I am kind of a big nerd for Final Fantasy.  I may not play every single one of them, but I sure as Hello Kitty Jell-O get pumped when a new project comes out with that classic name slapped on it.  This is one I can’t help but get super-nerd giddy for.  Which also leads to totally regretting the purchase of my 80 gig PS3 a few weeks ago.

Final Fantasy VII is widely considered the greatest Final Fantasy game to date, and probably the greatest game of all time to some.  For a while there, it seemed like every week a new FFVII piece of merch (or merchandise for the uninitiated) would pop out.  Lately though, there has been quite a slowdown on the release frequency.

The appearance of this new addition to the line has me very excited!  It comes in gunmetal gray, most likely a matte finish.  This is a wonderful change as the PS3 is currently a fingerprint magnet.
